The new changes to 42.12(15) require a judge to impose substance abuse treatment for those sentenced to mandatory probation under that section. The paramaters of the mandatory treatment are those established under Sec. 509.015, Government Code. Problem is - that section expired in 2001. If standards were adapted, where are they??
