I am an ADA in Nueces County in a murder trial where battered spouse syndrome is part of the defense. I expect to cross examine the defense expert (psychologist) tomorrow or Wednesday and don't have time to re-invent this wheel. Anyone have a good outline, article or tips for doing this?

Any help would be much appreciated.
