This is one of those I thought I knew it until I had to find it questions, but where do you find the definition of "penetration" for Agg Sex purposes? I got into a recent discussions with one of our officers about this, and when he asked where to find it I had a mental lapse. I'm sure one of you legal scholars knows this off the top of your head. I think it is merely caselaw, e.g. Vernon, 841 S.W.2d 407.
