I hate technology--does anyone know where to send the grand jury subpoena, who it should be directed at, and what information Myspace needs to provide law enforcement with the information.

MySpace provides a very good manual for law enforcement. It is available through their website.

In addition, nowadays, the Attorney General is supposed to be keeping a good list of how to contact ISP providers and such. They may be able to help.
