Wondering if anyone out there might have a consent form for DPS troopers or others to retrieve information off of the vehicle "black box" after a crash. Transportation Code 575.615 says that officers can get the information either by court order or by consent. Consent sure sounds like the way to go . Any forms or ideas would be helpful. Thank you!
