am I reading 483.041 correct in that there is no difference in the level for (a) Possession of Dangerous Drug and (b)Possession with Intent( purpose of selling)? Under (d) it looks like both are class A's?

483.042 deals with Delivery or offer to deliver which includes selling. So why does 483.041(b) mention the possession for purpose of selling? What is the purpose? Is this here in the event that you cant overcome the proof requirment of 483.042(c)?

Along the same line, I am having trouble finding where a Dangerous Drug falls in regards to a Drug Free Zone. Is there no enhancement?
