Just a quick misdemeanor procedural question- In your county do you file the DWI 2nd information before or after you get the judgment from the prior court?

I guess in other words, do you use the information off of CJIS or do you actually go hunt down the prior certified judgments before you file your DWI 2nd information?

We just check the CCH and if it shows the conviction we go ahead and file it. I think we've only had one that we messed up on since I've been here.
