Defense Counsel submitted a motion to modify his client's probation to allow him to use medical marijuana. His client is on probation for an obstruction/retaliation charge with an MRP pending. The client suddenly has a diagnosis for PTSD and managed to get a doctor's prescription. Does anyone have any advice on how TCUP and probation interact?
