Some of our local agencies can't seem to even get the simplest cases submitted to us in a timely fashion for prosecution. Do your offices impose deadlines after which (with some exceptions) that you won't accept the case for prosecution? Misdemeanors? Felonies? Is your policy based solely on CCP Art. 17.151 or on other factors too?
