The writing has been on the wall for a while now, but I'm just now getting these outsourced cases on my trial docket. How has your county handled these issues as of late?

Galveston's experience: send them back to DPS for testing (we use Houston) or we end up reducing/dismissing the case— we cant afford to fly folks down from Pennsylvania for every <1g case.
