How do you get someone bench warranted across state lines? Does the A.G. have to be notified of the warrant?

Look at Article 24.28 and Article 24.29. All states have enacted a version of 24.28. Article 24.29 has more limited adoption, but I'm aware of situations where folks have used 24.28 and its custody provisions on prisoners.
