Hello fellow crime fighters. I am a student at UT and I am writting a paper on Gang Injunctions for my Civil Liberties class and I need help. One basic question that I have is how such an injunction be enforce without violating the First Amendment? And, who in the state is successful at not only enforcing but also prosecuting this?
