I need to talk to someone with several of these cases under their belt...we don't get them that often (currently have 4 cases for the entire county), but because of that we also are running into problems getting civil dispositions on the animals (long story with a tyrant of a JP judge at the end *sigh*), and becuase of reluctance for justice court to do its job, defense attys are digging in their heels and refusing to play ball in the criminal action. I need to pick someone's brain about this stuff...
