Hello, I am a fairly new prosecutor working on a complicated negligent homicide case. I'm looking for some good sample voir dire questions for a negligent homicide case, specifically, ones that go to the issue of accident versus negligence. Negligent homicide cases are extremely uncommon in my office, and so I have no sample questions from previous cases that I can use. I welcome any suggestions. Thank you!
