Who or what department in your county monitors compliance with CCP Art. 17.441?

Probation keeps track of it for us.

Thanks. Probation handled it in the last county I worked in, but the probation dept. I work with now isn't as cooperative.

Have your district judge order them to monitor it as part of bond conditions or as part of defendant's probation.

Probation department in our county monitors results from interlocks in all situations involving a defendant.

Probation monitors ours also. They may be more willing if you start ordering bond conditions with the interlock and charge the administrative fee for bond supervision. Otherwise, the Judge can order them to do it even if they don't want to.
