Victim has a protective order which does not expire until May 07. Protective Order prohibits former boyfriend from coming within 500 feet of Victim. Victim informs us that former boyfriend is said to be moving into a rent house within the 500 foot exclusion zone. Any reason we can't enforce the Protective Order and prevent former boyfriend from moving there?

I would think that the reason the ex-bf wants to live there is perhaps specifically because it is close to the victim, and that if she tells the prospective landlord not to lease it because of the protective order, she would be protected from any tortious interference claims.

Or let him rent the house, then pop him with a separate VOPO everytime he comes home (this, of course, presumes that he knows where she lives).
