im a 16-year-old girl and on the 9th of may i will be going to court; im facing six charges: criminal mischief,theft,criminal conspiracy,minor in consumption,curfew and violating a court order or supena. i plead guilty to everything but mic and violating a court order. as of the curfew i was inside i wasnt outside, i was living with a friend after my dad changed the locks on the door he said he wouldnt pay for a lawyer if i plead not guilty to that. this is my first offense and I know it was wrong to do I unfortunatley didnt realize and fully comprehend this until I was sitting in the holding cell for the mic charge. my father was the one who turned me in for the theft after he foudn some of the stuff in my trunk after I got in a wreck. I live on a reservation so everyone says its easier charges here they also say ill only get probation. can someone please tell me what type of sentence ill get and if and how much restiti=ution i would have to pay? thank you
