A 19-year-old woman from Lindale was arrested this morning by Tyler Police for arson for allegedly setting a Tyler police car on fire.


Shortly before 6 a.m., a police department employee arrived at work and saw a 2008 Crown Victoria Patrol Car on fire, according to Donald Martin, Tyler police public information officer.

Are you asking? Because it sure looks like arson to me. Cars don't just spontaneously combust. Although, this one time there was a Coke bottle that exploded and the court mentioned something about res ipsa loquitur or something like that. Better check it out.
