Have a Criminally negligent homocide, would like to move up to manslaughter "reckless". Need Trial expert as to causes, dangers, science of distracted driver due to cell phone talking---Would appreciate recommendations of expert, especially in Texas. I have name of Nancy Grugle from Ohio, certainly would prefer Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, San Antonio, based experts, if possible.
