Have a female defendant, age 50, with multiple medical problems (on disability) and no money, charged with insurance fraud to the tune of $7,500+. Submitted actual claims again after changing dates.

Everyone acknowledges that she will never be able to pay restitution, etc. She cannot do traditional community service because of her health issues. She's just too pitiful and poor.

Any suggestions or creative ideas?
