Does anyone know of a case that says a stop is invalid if it's based solely on dispatch checking a relaying that the suspect has no insurance?

Don't know how to link you to the previous thread, but there is one from November 2009.

Long story, short - Stop based solely on the Insurance Database indicating that the vehicle may not have insurance is NOT a good stop.
