If I read it correctly, this passed in the Senate and today in the House (as amended). What now? Will this mean an increase in CA supplements?

The House made changes to the bill, so it must go back to the Senate for them to concur or not concur. If the Senate concurs with the House version, the bill gets sent to the Governor. If the Senate does not concur, then both chambers appoint 5 members to a conference committee and those 10 folks hash out the differences between the two versions of the bill. Note that none of that should affect the judicial salary issue -- the differences involve other related issues. But never say never.

That said ... don't bother asking us what's going to happen, because we don't know.
