I am doing some research on the use of unmanned aircraft by law enforcement.

My questions are:

Does anyone know how the specific reporting requirements of the Texas Government Code Sec. 423.008 REPORTING BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY are being satisfied by law enforcement agencies.

Specifically, is there a central reporting location, email, or mail distribution center for the Texas legislature?

Does anyone know of a law enforcement agency that is currently using unmanned aircraft?
