How do you all handle vehicles that have housed a meth lab? Do you go thru seizure proceedings and then have the vehicle crushed? What if there is a lien on the vehicle? Surely the lienholder will take the vehicle and turn right around and sell it to some unsuspecting buyer. We are having this situation come up more and more often and we just don't know what to do with the vehicles.

Home sellers are required by law to disclose certain known defects in the house to potential buyers. Maybe the next step is to require persons selling motor vehicles to disclose to potential buyers that the vehicle was used in the past in the manufacture or transportation of drugs!
