I have an assault family violence jury trial case, where the defendant choked the victim so hard, she saw white flashes of light and couldn't hear for several minutes. I would like a doctor, nurse, medical expert, or trained domestic violence law enforcement officer to testify to the medical effects of choking, in order to lend credibility to the victim's testimony, since there are no pictures in this case. Any expert witness recommendations?

Jackie...If your vic was treated in the ER, bet your ER doctor would be able to help. Those are symptoms of hypoxia or decreased oxygen flow to the brain and any trauma/emergency doc or neurologist would be able to explain the physiology...
