I am in need of help from some of you guys that do cases like this all the time. I have three defendants in a gang related murder who may be willing to testify against the others if I give them immunity under the statute The case law says there has to be a written agreement approved by the court. How can I force the defendant to testify if all that happens if he says he won't is that he's held in contempt???Use years in a plea offer??I would greatly appreciate a call or email before I try to begin negotiations. Thanks | ||
