I've noticed some strange responses to some generic questions on this forum in which someone tries to interject social commentary or political agenda into this forum. As most of us use this is an informational tool, please be aware that their are former prosecutors who are now defense attorneys that are reposting this on facebook.

Just in case any member was unaware, unlike some professional forums including those utilized by the criminal defense bar, the TDCAA forums are OPEN. Anyone can access the forums to read, and even memorialize, what you post.
