We have a sexual predator that we believe has gotten one of his victims pregnant. She, nor her mother, will cooperate with the investigation, but she is more than three years younger than him. Has anyone had a situation where you want to get DNA from the child at birth? If so, can you share a copy of the warrant you used? We would like to get it at the time of birth so they don't hide the child from us.
