Does any statutory authority exist regarding disposal of alcohol seized as evidence, such as alcohol seized in cases under Chapter 106 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code?

The only statute I've found with a reference is CCP 18.17, which only references alcohol to exclude it from application.

Any response appreciated. Thanks.
