We are currently involved in the investigation of the capital murder of a young girl and the FBI crime scene team did a lot of the trace evidence in the case. We have a large quantity of fiber evidence and they have provided us some "link" type charts to show the connections. The problem is there are so many locations/items and fibers the charts are confusing for us (let alone the jury). We use powerpoint for presentations but are trying to come up with a program/display or technique to get the point across to the jury. I am afraid the links are so complex and lengthy that the powerpoint display isn't wide enough. Has anyone done a complex fiber case? Any suggestions for showing the connections between numerous items and locations with a multitude of different fibers in a clear and convincing fashion? | ||
