I am prosecuting a Veterans Affairs Administration psychiatrist (also a colonel in the U.S. Army) who was molesting his male Vietnam veteran patients with PTSD and other mental infirmities. Does anyone know of anybody who has prosecuted (even unsuccessfully) a mental health or health care provider under Penal Code Sect. 22.011 (b)(7)(1996)? I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
