We have a confession by a relative that he molested a 6 year old twice in the past week. Relatives tells father who goes to his minister. Minister tells father he must report to police. Relative confesses to an indecency to police and is arrested. CPS does not act on referral because the molester is out of the house. Now parents of victim are refusing to give statements or allow the child to be interviewed. Any suggestions on how to get this child to a forensic interview?
