We are about to have an appeal filed asserting that the trial court was in error by not striking for cause three uniformed police officers on the jury panel. Before I start digging, does anyone have some cases or suggestions?

Was his complaint that the officers should have appeared without clothing? The general rules for review of this type of alleged error are set forth in Gibson, 82 S.W.3d at 718 (which cites another case that may apply to your situation- Hernandez, 563 S.W.2d at 950).
