In an aggravated assault case, defendant gave a video confession. However, the cop, in the video, failed to give defendant the warnings but did tell him "do you remember the warnings I gave you before?" to which the defendant said "yes." Can defense counsel suppress this confession? Any help would be appreciated. | ||
