I'm looking for some sample affidavits to use for my compurgators (just love that word). If you have any, can you e-mail to jmccown@wilco.org please.

also, if there is any article helpful on conducting the actual hearing, I'd appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.

I've e-mailed you a copy of a response to motion to change venue which has several affidavits attached. The case cites in the response are dated a couple of years.
