I thought there had been a thread posted about the new contracts that DPS has sent out to pick up the new change in the statutes. I was disappointed to see that the statute doesnt cover all Ch 59 Forfeitures.

Are all of you wheeling and dealing separately in your jurisdictions for percentages in paragraph three? If there is a private thread please advise.
