Do I have standing to file a motion to quash a deposition in a civil divorce action? The defense attorney in a divorce proceeding is trying to take the depostion of my child, victim. The child is not a party in the divorce as she is a step-child. The defense attorney is also the attorney in the divorce proceeding. Both husband and wife are charged with abusing the child, hence no party is objecting to the deposition. | ||
