I am getting ready to do a jury trial under CCP 46.02 Section 6. I am looking for a copy of a judgment for a civil commitment. Any idea where I can find one?

Me too, except mine is for mental retardation. My guy is not likely to regain competency in the foreseeable future. Vernon Hosp. is suppose to fax me one.

At the risk of drawing the ire of my co-worker, call Kathleen Catania at (817) 598-6124. She keeps a form bank of competency judgments both under Section 5 and Section 6. I'll alert her that she should be expecting some calls.
