Maybe I stayed up too late watching the game last night, but I have a situation and I can't think of a criminal charge that fits it:
A 17 year old female is e-mailing several different males. One of them sends a couple of photos of his genitals to her. Female's mom is highly upset and wants something done. Does anyone have any charging ideas? What am I missing?

How about PC 43.24 -- display of harmful material to minor (under 18)?

Why isn't it straight obscenity?

I'd forgotten that obscenity (non-selling) was also a Class A misdemeanor. Assumed it was a B, for some reason.
