I own my home and rent a room to a gentleman that was arrested and is in currently in jail awaiting a court date. He has not paid rent and due to the reasons for his arrest I want to evict him however need to serve him the papers. How do I get this eviction notice to him in jail or can I. He can get bond so it seems like he may be in jail until his court date.
