Looking to send a Subpoena DT for records and/or preservation. Anyone have a sample?

For preservation requests you need to go through www.facebook.com/records. From there you can do a 90 day hold on records. The amount of information that you will receive from a subponea is essentially worthless- nothing more than a confirmation of what you already know (that such an account exists). What you really need to do is write a warrant. It should be signed by the judge, scanned to PDF, and digitally submitted through the same records site.
