I have inherited a stalking case that involves conduct directed at more than one individual. One time only he followed one of the individuals. A few days later (and again one time only) he followed the other individual. He followed 2 others but in Randall county not Potter county. This guy is extremely creepy (one of the complainants is 11), but I do not see how this can be filed properly as a stalking. My understanding of stalking has always been that the multiple instances of conduct need to be directed at a single individual. The research I have done seems to confirm this, but I thought I would get some other opinions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. | ||
