Hello, I have a few questions I would like to see if someone could give good advice on. I have a friend who went to work one day and got into an argument with her CEO. She was asked to leave and wouldn't do so. The police where then involved and the CEO filed a tresspassing charge. She was jailed for 24 hours and imigration had to step in, do to she is a working immigrant and finally she was released on bail with a court date in the future. We have found out now that the CEO wants to drop the charges and her court date is Sept. 12th. Her lawyer has told me the CEO has to take a course (?) in order to drop the charges?? My questions are... What would the CEO need to do to drop the charges, and what would she need to do at court on Sept. 12 and what is to follow afterwards?? Thank you The charge was criminal trespassing | ||
