Does anyone have a good procedure to get a corporation to pay a fine on a misdemeanor? Thanks

CCP 43.07 permits collection of a fine by writ of execution, just like you'd collect a money judgment in a civil case. Remember that regular for-profit corporations don't have the benefit of homestead or personal exemptions that individuals do, so unlike people corporations can not be 'judgment proof' if they own property in excess of the amount of the fine plus costs.

Yes, it works! Just go to the county clerks office and file an abstract of judgment with a sworn affidavit attached and thats it! It costs a few bucks, and they send you certified copies back in the mail. email me if you need help! Thanks!
