Here are the facts: Witness testifies at motion to adjudicate. Witness is on probation for fraudulent use/possession of id information and called to testify against codefendant. Witness admits to lying under oath. Gives statement and says she was scared of defendant's family, and that defendant's sister told her what to say. Only benefit conferred that I can see is that sister gave witness a ride to court. Witness tampering?

If she was threatened to lie, I would say it's obstruction or retaliation. If it was a benefit conferred to lie, it's witness tampering.
