Does anybody have any previous indictments they could send me?

We are having a tough time coming up with the correct charging language and we want to make sure we get it right.

There is a string of burglaries that have occurred across our county and neighboring counties. None of them by themselves are that strong, but the cumulative evidence is enough to get us beyond a reasonable doubt. We assume that if we charge it as engaging in organized criminal activity based on those burglaries, we will be able to get into the facts of the burglaries in adjoining counties.
