I have a case where they found some contraband that is under HSC § 481.1031 Penalty Group 2-A. The problem is my chemist says its a "analog" that is NOT included in that list. I can get around this because the statute 481.1031 states that PG 2-A consists of "any quantity of a synthetic chemical compound that is a cannabinoid receptor agonist and mimics the pharmacological effects of naturally occurring cannabinoids". So if I can find someone that can tell me that this substance has the same effects as naturally occurring cannabinoids, then I can get there. Can anyone help?
