Scenario: Sex offender on Def'd Adj. moves, doesn't tell local P.D. either before or after. Several months later, he goes in to do his annual re-register, gives same old (no longer valid) address. Cops do compliance check, find someone else lives at address, so the gig is up. Question: Can our hero be charged separately with (1) not telling P.D. 7 days before; (2) not telling P.O 7 days before; (3) not telling P.D. 7 days after; (4) not telling P.O 7 days after; and (5) falsely verifying address at annual? If one wanted to mess with the guy, could each be indicted and tried separately in order to acheive a state of stack city?

I've not heard of it being done, but I don't see why not (if you're willing to try them one after another to get the stack).

If you have time to do all that, perhaps you are lacking in actual crimes in your jurisdiction.
