I am researching the issue of redaction of information on the county website at the time of arrest.There is a question as to who should be redacting the information that is not subject to disclosure from the documents prior to release on the public website. Additionally, if your county does redact, do you redact the information that the AG has determined is not subject to release under a PIA request? Has anyone tackled this issue and if so, are you willing to share your research and/or conclusions?
