The Commissioners want to sell a small parcel of land. Does anyone have any forms that you have used with regard to a bid packet for a sale of real property?

Also, for those of you who have sold real property, what part, if any, of the closing costs did your county pay?

On land we have sold, we have always prepared the deed and nothing more....except a survey if we did not have a good property description of the tract.
All other costs are paid by the purchaser.
They have all been cash sales awarded on sealed bids.
